Global Security Operations Center - Intelligence Analyst

They are seeking an Intelligence Analyst to join their Global Security Operations Center, where the role involves safeguarding employees and assets through intelligence analysis and security monitoring. Responsibilities: - Use open-source intelligence and security tooling for potential threats against the company including terrorism, natural disasters, crime incidents, health-related incidents and more - Assist in intelligence writing, review and publication - Support video surveillance, access control, and external threat monitoring - Handle security incidents promptly and accurately - Triage and respond to security and technical support questions, emails, tickets, etc - Support GSOC staffing initiatives, ensuring a continuous operation - Responsible for the intake of security incidents and referring them to relevant teams or authorities Required Qualifications: - Proven expertise in research and analysis - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team - Bachelor's Degree or former law enforcement/military experience - At least one year in a GSOC environment (or law enforcement/military) - Shown expertise in intelligence, geopolitical, or security-related fields - Proficiency in open-source intelligence gathering - GSOC and Open-Source Intelligence Gathering experience - Tactical and strategic intelligence including an intimate knowledge of geopolitical and security risk and threat assessment - Ability to convey information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing - Ability to critically think and decipher policies and procedures and analytical skills for providing insight into security situations - Familiarity with security communication protocols and tools while multitasking in a fast-paced environment - Handling highly confidential information - Digital literacy, including Microsoft Office Required Skills: Open-source intelligence gathering, Security operations center (GSOC) experience, Intelligence analysis, Geopolitical risk assessment, Security risk assessment, Threat assessment, Security communication protocols, Microsoft Office, Multitasking, Analytical skills, Handling confidential information, work in a team Benefits: A choice of national medical and dental plans, and a national vision plan, including health incentive programs, Employee assistance and family support programs, including commuter benefits and tuition reimbursement, At least 120 hours paid time off (PTO), 10 paid holidays annually, paid parental leave (3 weeks for bonding and 8 weeks for caregiver leave), accident and life insurance, and short- and long-term disability in accordance with company policy, Retirement and savings programs, such as our competitive 401(k) U.S. retirement savings plan, Employees’ Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) offers eligible colleagues the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount
