Summer Intern – Video Editor / Motion Graphics

Summary: The RAM Group is a results-driven automotive marketing & consulting agency specializing in both digital and traditional advertising. They are seeking a Summer Intern for their video and motion graphics team, where the intern will edit video content, create motion graphics, and collaborate with the creative and marketing teams on real client projects. Responsibilities: - Edit video content for digital marketing campaigns (social, OTT, YouTube, etc.) - Create motion graphics and animations - Assist with short-form and long-form video production - Optimize video content for performance and engagement - Work quickly and iterate based on feedback - Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams Required Qualifications: - Strong video editing fundamentals - Basic motion graphics capability - Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines - Coachable and responsive to feedback - Strong attention to detail - Competitive and driven - Portfolio / reel required Preferred Qualifications: - Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects experience - Understanding of short-form content (TikTok, Reels, etc.) - Interest in performance marketing Required Skills: Video editing fundamentals, Motion graphics, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Coachability Benefits: Performance-based bonuses may be offered, 1–3 interns will receive full-time job offers
