Job Description
Summary: The International Center in Indianapolis is seeking a Fall 2026 Business Technology & CRM Management Intern to support their Senior Vice President of Operations & Chief of Staff. The intern will work with data systems to manage organizational data, conduct analysis, and create presentations to communicate insights.
Responsibilities:
- CRM administration, data quality control, training
- Document best practices for database use
- Develop administrative and user SOP’s
- Create and report intern program data analytics
- Analyze donor records to identify trends
- Manage organizational projects – this “special needs” role and responsibilities will be further defined as project scopes & timelines arise
- Provide help desk support
Required Qualifications:
- Current undergraduate student; master's and PhD candidates are considered overqualified
- Research and organizational skills
- Data visualization
- Information aligned field/major
- Cultural awareness
Required Skills: CRM administration, Neon CRM, SQL, Data analysis, Data visualization, Data quality control, Documentation of best practices, SOP development, Help desk support
