Job Description
Full-Time Administrative Assistant Opportunity Available in Providence, RI!
Schedule: Full-Time; Monday- Friday; 7:30AM - 3:30PM
Pay Rate: $24- $28 per hour (based on experience and skill level)
The Administrative Assistant will provide high‑quality administrative support to the Network by managing reception operations, coordinating workflow, and ensuring efficient execution of administrative functions.

Essential Functions:
- Answer and direct incoming calls, assisting callers with information and transferring as needed in a polite and friendly manner
- Serve as a point of contact to visitors, vendors, clients, and families
- Collaborate with the Associate Director to complete audits; ensure adherence to timelines and perform information input / verification to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintain professional environment in lobby area; ensure supplies are readily available
- Maintain accurate records of visitor requests, classes, scheduled training(s), and meeting schedules
Education, Experience and Skills Needed:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Skilled in customer service, telephone etiquette, organization, multitasking, problem solving, and prioritizing according to deadlines
- Professional and respectful communication skills
- Maintain professional appearance and interaction with clients, employees, visitors, families, vendors, and outside entities
- Must have strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; especially Word & Excel)
- Two years' experience and/or training in the above-noted skills
- Skill in organizing and summarizing information
- Experience working with individuals who have autism and developmental disabilities a plus!
- Must be able to read, write, and speak in English proficiently
- Ability to speak, see & hear clearly/audibly, as well as write legibly
- Valid driver's license for at least 3 years, with a registered and insured vehicle
