ServiceNow Engineer Intern

Summary: Templar Shield is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer intern for a part-time, remote position. This entry-level role will provide hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and support, with opportunities for mentorship and potential full-time employment after the internship. Responsibilities: - Assist in the design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow applications and workflows including but not limited to Native AI features of the ServiceNow platform - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that meet business requirements - Support ServiceNow platform upgrades and enhancements - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the platform - Participate in testing and validation of ServiceNow processes and features - Contribute to the documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures - Work under the guidance of senior engineers to enhance your technical skills and understanding of ServiceNow best practices Required Qualifications: - Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required - Understanding AI/ML, IT Service Management (ITSM) processes is a plus - Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for ServiceNow scripting and customization - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: - Some hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform through academic coursework or previous internships is preferred - Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is a bonus Required Skills: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow platform, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), ServiceNow application development, ServiceNow workflows, Native AI features of ServiceNow, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, IT Service Management (ITSM), Agile, Scrum Benefits: Mentorship from experienced ServiceNow professionals, Exposure to enterprise-level systems and business operations, A potential opportunity for a full-time role following the successful completion of the internship, The chance to expand your skill set with AI and two additional CIS certifications, further enhancing your career opportunities
