Intern - Product Operations (PMO)

Summary: Temenos is a company that powers a world of banking, creating opportunities for billions of people and businesses. They are seeking a student intern to support their Product Operations (PMO) team with coordination, data tasks, and reporting, providing hands-on experience in product support. Responsibilities: - You will help schedule meetings and manage calendars for product teams - You will support day-to-day product operations tasks and team coordination - You will collect, organize, and analyse basic product and operational data - You will create and update simple reports, spreadsheets, and databases - You will assist with data checks, data migration, and data accuracy tasks - You will prepare and format documents and presentations - You will organize emails, files, and shared documentation - You will research and retrieve information when needed - You will support reporting and review activities for the PMO team - You will communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled as a university student (Business, IT, Data, Engineering, or related field) - You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets) - You should have experience in data, reporting, or analytics - You should have good organizational skills and attention to detail - You should be comfortable working with numbers - You should have clear verbal and written communication skills - You should have willingness to learn and work in a team environment Required Skills: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Data analysis, Data accuracy, Data migration, Spreadsheet management, Willingness to learn Benefits: Maternity leave: Transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second month, Civil Partnership: 1 week of paid leave if you're getting married.
