Job Description
Summary: Temenos is a company that powers a world of banking, creating opportunities for billions of people and businesses. They are seeking a student intern to support their Product Operations (PMO) team with coordination, data tasks, and reporting, providing hands-on experience in product support.
Responsibilities:
- You will help schedule meetings and manage calendars for product teams
- You will support day-to-day product operations tasks and team coordination
- You will collect, organize, and analyse basic product and operational data
- You will create and update simple reports, spreadsheets, and databases
- You will assist with data checks, data migration, and data accuracy tasks
- You will prepare and format documents and presentations
- You will organize emails, files, and shared documentation
- You will research and retrieve information when needed
- You will support reporting and review activities for the PMO team
- You will communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled as a university student (Business, IT, Data, Engineering, or related field)
- You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets)
- You should have experience in data, reporting, or analytics
- You should have good organizational skills and attention to detail
- You should be comfortable working with numbers
- You should have clear verbal and written communication skills
- You should have willingness to learn and work in a team environment
