Solid understanding of network systems and operational concepts
Experience working with ticketing systems, documentation tools, and operational support platforms (ServiceNow)

Understanding of SD-WAN and logical network segmentation principles, including how logical separation supports secure integration of physical security systems
Working knowledge of ITSM metrics and service performance tracking, including the use of KPIs (SLAs, incident response, uptime, etc.) to drive operational improvements
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders at multiple levels
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal, documentation, and presentation skills
