Closing Attorney

Summary: Taylor Law Office is a community law firm dedicated to providing quality legal services. They are seeking a Closing Attorney to prepare and close real estate transactions, including reviewing loan documents and advising clients on legal issues. Responsibilities: - Reviewing loan documents for closing - Facilitating closing in person and virtually - Explaining loan documents to our buyers - Draft and review legal documents including real estate contracts, easements, etc - Advise clients on loan documents and legal issues that may arise - Completing final title opinions following each transaction - Resolving title issues that arise through the title searching process Required Qualifications: - Admitted to the North Carolina state bar and in good standing - 0-2 years experience - Strong attention to detail analytical skills - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - Problem solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Required Skills: North Carolina state bar admission, Real estate contracts, Loan document review, Title opinion preparation, Title issue resolution Benefits: Paid time off, Being flexible to accommodate the needs of our staff as they arise, All training necessary for success will be provided
