As the Global Employee Engagement Analyst, you will be the creative engine and operational lead behind our global culture initiatives. With our strategic framework already in place, we are looking for a high-impact individual contributor who can take a concept from a "blank page" to a worldwide rollout. You are someone who thrives on independence, possesses a sharp eye for event branding, and can execute complex, multi-region projects with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Creative Execution: Conceptualize, brand, and launch high-visibility global engagement activities. You won't just follow a checklist; you will design the experience and the "look and feel" of our initiatives.
Global Program Orchestration: Own the full lifecycle of engagement programs across diverse time zones and cultures, ensuring every touchpoint is executed with precision and flair.
Strategic Resourcefulness: Work autonomously to navigate roadblocks, streamline delivery processes, and optimize how we bring culture to life globally.
Financial Stewardship: Independently manage and track the Global Engagement budget, ensuring maximum creative impact and fiscal accountability.
Act as a creative point of contact for stakeholders, streamlining cross-functional workflows to turn project briefs into engaging, brand-aligned realities..
Impact Analytics: Define and monitor success metrics, providing data-driven insights that prove the ROI of our culture initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–4 years of progressive experience in Employee Engagement, Corporate Communications, or Global Event Management.
3+ years of proven experience conceptualizing event themes and working with (or creating) visual assets/creatives that resonate with a global audience.
Experienced in managing day-to-day project execution according to defined guidelines, ensuring team compliance and high-quality output across all deliverables..
Minimum of 2 years navigating the nuances of a global workforce, with a demonstrated ability to ensure engagement activities are inclusive and effective across different regions and time zones.
4+ year track record of overseeing concurrent workstreams and maintaining rigorous organizational standards to meet critical deadlines and quality benchmarks
Financial Stewardship: Direct experience managing project budgets, with the ability to provide data-driven insights that prove the ROI of culture initiatives.
Polished Communicator: Advanced proficiency in pitching creative concepts to executive leadership and coordinating seamlessly with stakeholders at all levels.
