Job Description
Summary: T5 Data Centers is a company dedicated to providing customized data center solutions for enterprise and hyperscale customers. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to assist in a variety of legal tasks, including conducting research, drafting documents, and supporting the legal department in day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting legal research on various topics
- Help draft, review, and revise legal documents, including contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and internal policies
- Assist in reviewing and summarizing contracts and other legal documents for key terms, risks, and compliance issues
- Assist in maintaining and organizing legal files, records, and documents
- Help prepare presentations and reports for internal teams or external stakeholders
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field OR currently pursuing a J.D. (Juris Doctor) degree or equivalent law degree at an accredited law school
- Understanding of legal principles, research methods, and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous legal internship or coursework related to corporate law, compliance, or intellectual property is a plus but not required
