Location: Bellevue, Washington

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Ecosystem Programs & Events Manager. This role plays a key part in designing and executing creative channel awareness programs and events that drive channel brand awareness and builds a strong new partner pipeline.
As a Program Manager, you will collaborate across several teams, including Channel Sales, Marketing, Operations, and business leaders, to develop creative and scalable recruitment initiatives that attract focused partners that drive growth regionally or nationally.
Responsibilities:
Develop andidentifykey partner profiles for selectprogram strategies and event plans to meetChannel Salesgoalsfor keyindustry orsegment-focused partners.
Serve as a thought leader forawareness and recruitmentprograms and events, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in planning and execution of initiatives.
Designand manage end-to-endT-Mobile sponsored and partner-sponsoredevents such asroadshows,floor days, partner meet and greetevents, virtual events, andotherfocusedchannel awareness initiatives.
Designstrategy andready-by-day activation plans for recruiting teams, ensuring seamless execution of events and programs.
Monitorchannelmarket trends, competitor hiring strategies, and candidate insights toidentifynew opportunities and enhance recruitment programs.
Collaborate with employer branding and marketing teams to create andoptimizerecruitment materials, including event collateral,social and digitalcampaigns, andprospectcommunications.
Track and report on key performance metrics (e.g., event ROI, candidate conversion rates, pipeline health), providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Partner with internal stakeholders to promote awareness of programs, upcoming events, and hiring needs.
Provide regular updates and communication to leadership and stakeholdersregardingawarenessprograminitiatives, performance, and upcoming plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,Communications,or equivalent experience plus 3 years of related work experience
OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience
OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
4-7 years of experience inprogram managementorchannel marketingandevents
Proventrack recordof managing complex programs or events-planningtoexecution
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
Experience managing large-scale events,content management,programs, and budgets
ExperienceleveragingEvents Management Tools – CVENT, Whova, etc.
Ability to travel – 35%
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing high-volume events or national programs
Strong background inchannel programs and eventmarketingpreferred
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Base Pay Range: $88,100 - $158,800
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
