Outside Sales Consultant - SB

Summary: System Pavers is the nation’s leading outdoor remodeling company, and they are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Consultant to join their expanding sales team. In this role, you will meet with homeowners to discuss their outdoor living needs and help bring their vision to life by providing personalized design options and project estimates. Responsibilities: - Make initial contact with clients via company generated appointments and build rapport - Accurately uncover and assess customers’ needs and vision for their outdoor space - Measure outdoor spaces and design personalized solutions - Maintain a homeowner-centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfaction - Work closely with the construction department to provide a seamless customer experience - Utilize company technology platforms for designing projects, submitting contractors, etc - Generate leads in your personal pipeline in tandem with the company leads Required Qualifications: - Strong interest in kickstarting your sales career - Comfortable using basic office programs and learning new technology - Must have your driver's license and be able to meet driving insurance guidelines Preferred Qualifications: - Previous sales experience - Construction experience Required Skills: Sales, Construction Knowledge, Measuring Outdoor Spaces, Office Software Benefits: W-2 employment status which includes full benefits: health, dental, vision, life, and a 401K with company match., Continuous education and career development, including our SP University and field training., Ample opportunities for financial and career growth in an industry that’s booming.
