Outside Sales Consultant - IE

Summary: System Pavers is a leading outdoor remodeling company looking to expand their sales team with a motivated Outside Sales Consultant. In this role, you will meet with homeowners to discuss their outdoor living needs, help design personalized solutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities: - Make initial contact with clients via company generated appointments and build rapport - Accurately uncover and assess customers’ needs and vision for their outdoor space - Measure outdoor spaces and design personalized solutions - Maintain a homeowner-centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfaction - Work closely with the construction department to provide a seamless customer experience - Utilize company technology platforms for designing projects, submitting contractors, etc - Generate leads in your personal pipeline in tandem with the company leads Required Qualifications: - Strong interest in kickstarting your sales career - Comfortable using basic office programs and learning new technology - Must have your driver's license and be able to meet driving insurance guidelines Preferred Qualifications: - Previous sales experience - Construction experience Required Skills: Measuring outdoor spaces, Basic math skills, Construction knowledge, Office software proficiency Benefits: W-2 employment status which includes full benefits: health, dental, vision, life, and a 401K with company match., Continuous education and career development, including our SP University and field training., Ample opportunities for financial and career growth in an industry that’s booming.
