Outside Sales Consultant - ATL

Summary: System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and they are looking to expand their sales team. The Outside Sales Consultant will meet with homeowners to discuss their outdoor living needs and help bring their vision to life by discussing options for their space. Responsibilities: - Make initial contact with clients via company generated appointments and build rapport - Accurately uncover and assess customers’ needs and vision for their outdoor space - Measure outdoor spaces and design personalized solutions - Maintain a homeowner-centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfaction - Work closely with the construction department to provide a seamless customer experience - Utilize company technology platforms for designing projects, submitting contractors, etc - Generate leads in your personal pipeline in tandem with the company leads Required Qualifications: - Strong interest in kickstarting your sales career - Comfortable using basic office programs and learning new technology - Must have your driver's license and be able to meet driving insurance guidelines - Self-motivated: You are committed to making the most of every opportunity you're presented with as well as creating your own opportunities - Competitive: You have a strong desire to win and are driven to outperform others - Personable: You're known for your outgoing personality and professionalism - Flexible & Adaptable: You're able to adjust your strategies and behaviors with a willingness to accommodate others - Attention to Details: You have a keen eye for details and take pride in accuracy - Great Communicator: You excel in both verbal and written communications - Creative Problem Solver: You love the idea of helping homeowners fulfill their outdoor living dreams through projects that add lasting value and beauty Preferred Qualifications: - Construction experience a plus - Construction Knowledge: You have a desire to learn or currently possess a basic understanding of construction principles, including the ability to accurately measure spaces and apply basic math skills - Sales Experience: Not required if all characteristics above are met Required Skills: Basic office programs, Construction knowledge, Measuring outdoor spaces Benefits: W-2 employment status which includes full benefits: health, dental, vision, life, and a 401K with company match., Continuous education and career development, including our SP University and field training., Ample opportunities for financial and career growth in an industry that’s booming.
