Field Marketing Associate / Canvasser - SB

Summary: System Pavers is a leading outdoor remodeling company seeking a Field Marketing Associate to join their award-winning team. The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with residential homeowners and schedule appointments for free estimates on outdoor remodeling projects. Responsibilities: - Making initial contact with clients and building a rapport - Canvassing neighborhoods to talk with customers about their needs and vision - Attending home shows, fairs, and other outdoor living events to connect with homeowners - Maintain a customer-centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfaction - Efficiently utilize company technology platforms using a tablet and necessary software Required Qualifications: - Candidate must be able to work weekends - Be 18 years+ with a good driving record and reliable transportation - Be able to be on your feet throughout most of the day - Be friendly and outgoing with good verbal communication skills - Be able to work weekends and special events - Be willing to train and excited to represent our brand - Self-motivated: You have excellent time management skills, a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed - Great Communicator: You excel in both verbal and written communications - Personable: You're known for your outgoing personality and professionalism - Positive Attitude: You have a can-do attitude and a mindset focused on growth and learning - Outdoors Lover: You enjoy being outside on a daily basis and also relish the idea of helping others transform their outdoors into a space that brings people together Required Skills: Driving Benefits: $250 commission on each closed sale, Paid training, Advancement opportunities into roles such as team leaders, design consultants, AND more., 32-40 hour work week, Benefits for all FMAs, such as Health, Vision, Dental, Life, and 401K
