Role Overview
The Program Manager / Analyst is a core member of the SSIM DAAIS organization, responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of data, analytics, and AI initiatives across SSIM. The role blends program management discipline with analytical thinking to drive transparency, alignment, and informed decision‑making across investment, technology, and business stakeholders.
This role partners closely with analytics, data engineering, and business teams to translate strategy into executable plans, track progress against objectives, and provide clear insights into delivery status, risks, and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Management
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of DAAIS programs and initiatives, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
Track program progress, risks, issues, and interdependencies across multiple workstreams
Prepare and maintain program artifacts such as roadmaps, status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
Facilitate regular program cadences (e.g., status meetings, planning sessions, stakeholder reviews)
Analytical & Insight Support
Analyze program and operational data to provide insights into delivery performance, capacity, dependencies, and trends
Develop and maintain simple analytical models, metrics, or reporting frameworks to support decision‑making
Conduct data validation, basic analysis, and synthesis to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting
Translate data and program information into clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders
Stakeholder & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with business, technology, and analytics teams to understand objectives, priorities, and delivery constraints
Support alignment between strategic goals and day‑to‑day execution across global teams
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at varying levels of technical and business expertise
Process & Continuous Improvement
Support documentation, governance, and adherence to SSIM delivery and data standards
Identify opportunities to improve program management processes, tooling, and reporting practices within DAAIS
Contribute to the adoption of best practices across program management and analytics enablement
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of relevant experience in program management, business analysis, data analytics, or a related role within a financial institution
Fluent in spoken and written English
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure problems, analyze data, and synthesize insights
Experience supporting complex, cross‑functional initiatives in a matrixed or global environment
Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and delivery discipline
Programming & Data Skills
Working knowledge of Python or similar analytical tools (e.g., pandas, Excel, basic SQL) for analysis and reporting
Experience working with datasets, dashboards, or reporting platforms
Familiarity with data cleaning, validation, and basic analytical techniques
Business & Communication Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing clear status updates and executive‑level summaries
Ability to connect program data and metrics to business objectives and outcomes
Comfortable collaborating across cultures, time zones, and functional teams
Education & Background
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field
Prior experience in asset management, financial services, data, analytics, or technology programs is preferred
