This role involves various accounting responsibilities, including invoice processing, reconciliation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Medicaid and Non-Medicaid claim confirmation reporting and invoice processing - Analysis of invoices during the approval process and resolve errors - Complete reconciliation of invoices approved in SAMII to internal DMH systems - Responsible for consumer banking, benefit and payroll receipts - Reconcile and review monthly bank reconciliations of Consumer Banking and local depository bank accounts - Complete journal vouchers (JVRs), as needed - Routinely work with Division/Facility staff and external stakeholders - Master and assist with DMH internal processing systems - Provide ad hoc queries and reports - Provide invoice information to contracted providers upon request Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
