Job Description
Summary: SRS Acquiom is a leading company in financial services technology, known for its innovative solutions in M&A and loan agency transactions. They are looking for an Acquiom Imports Analyst responsible for interpreting complex payment and allocation spreadsheets and ensuring data integrity for M&A transactions through data manipulation and validation in NetSuite.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret and audit closing allocation and payment spreadsheets, including shareholder, certificate, tax, and payment instruction data, to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to import
- Standardize and manipulate data using established import templates to create and update Customer data in NetSuite
- Execute independent validation by comparing NetSuite records to source documents and import instructions to confirm accuracy of imported data before downstream processing
- Import and export CSV files using saved mappings in NetSuite, ensuring adherence to required formatting, field mapping, and validation controls
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, including name mismatches, missing holders, certificate differences, or payment variances, escalating issues to cross‑functional partners when required
- Collaborate with Fulfillment, Relationship Management, Tax, and other Operations teams to confirm data requirements and resolve questions related to import instructions or source files
- Refer to Operations manuals, templates, and guidelines to understand process changes and support business continuity
- Complete recurring daily and weekly operational tasks on a rotating basis
- Provide clear written and verbal updates to internal stakeholders regarding deal status, data issues, and completion milestones
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- At least One year of experience in financial operations, data operations, or an analyst‑type role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, and data manipulation
- Experience working with ERP or financial systems (NetSuite or similar strongly preferred) and following detailed, documented procedures
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies across large datasets and multiple source documents
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet critical deadlines in a high‑volume, transaction‑driven environment
- Comfort working in cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams
- Must be available to work standard business hours, with occasional nights or weekends as required by deal activity
- If Remote, travel may be necessary to the Denver office up to 3 times per year

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with structured templates preferred
- Knowledge of the M&A lifecycle or post‑closing financial processes is a plus
