Job Description
Summary: Sqwad is a Paris-based company expanding rapidly in the U.S. and is seeking Field Representatives to secure partnership agreements with local businesses. This role focuses on building market presence and establishing key locations without traditional sales responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- In-person outreach to local businesses in your assigned area
- Introducing Sqwad’s partnership opportunity (no selling involved)
- Speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers
- Securing signed partnership agreements
- Building early market presence by locking in key locations
- Logging activity and leads using simple digital tools
- Passing qualified opportunities to the internal sales team
Required Qualifications:
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-focused individuals
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Strong communicators who handle objections confidently
- Organized, reliable, and proactive
- Comfortable using basic tools like Google Sheets or CRM platforms
- Registered freelancer (1099)
- Must be located in Atlanta
- Native or fluent English speaker
Preferred Qualifications:
- Field outreach or door-to-door experience
- Experience with Google Sheets
- Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot
