Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken & written)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Tech-savvy with basic math and account navigation skills
- Calm, professional, and solutions-focused under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
- Collections or call center experience
- Background in sales, negotiation, or customer service
