Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems Operations

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems Operations will support the execution, optimization, and operational scalability of [solidcore]’s core business systems and enterprise platforms that power studio operations, client experience, and cross-functional business processes. Reporting to the Director of Business Systems & Data Programs, this role sits within Digital and will play a critical role in ensuring systems, integrations, vendors, and operational workflows scale effectively alongside the business. This role is highly cross-functional and execution-oriented, focused on operational excellence, rollout coordination, vendor management, systems support, and program delivery across a rapidly growing multi-location business. The ideal candidate combines strong technical program management and operational systems experience with the ability to manage complexity, drive follow-through, and contribute hands-on where needed. This individual will partner closely with Digital Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and external technology vendors to support successful launches, scalable processes, operational continuity, and future growth initiatives across the business. This is a “build and scale” role focused on improving operational execution, strengthening systems reliability, and helping [solidcore] scale efficiently as the business grows in complexity, footprint, and offerings.
