Behavior Analyst in Training - Gilbert

Summary: Soar Autism Center is dedicated to providing exceptional care for young children with autism. They are seeking a Behavior Analyst in Training who will serve as a case supervisor for clients, update programming, and provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs while gaining practical experience towards becoming a BCBA. Responsibilities: - Serve as a case supervisor for 2-4 client cases (10-20 paid unrestricted hours/week), set based on center needs and program progress - Update client goals and programming, utilizing our electronic data collection platform - Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs - Participate in ESDM specific trainings, growing your clinical skillset - Write Behavior Intervention Plans, utilizing the Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill Based Treatment (SBT) - Training and coaching to be provided - Meet with families to conduct Family Treatment Guidance meetings and support, utilizing Soar’s in-house curriculum - Conduct and write assessment reports for new clients and re-assessments for established clients, including training on the Vineland, QABF, FAST, and the ESDM Curriculum Checklist - Receive coaching and feedback from Partner Clinician and other BCBAs in your clinic - Be a part of the Soar integrated care team, participating in interdisciplinary meetings for collaboration with Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists - Conduct direct client therapy (15-25 hours/week), set based on center needs and program progress Required Qualifications: - Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master's program for ABA - Be within ~400-600 hours (or less) of completing all practicum hours to be eligible to sit for the BCBA Exam - Demonstrate excellent skills in building rapport and trust with families as a behavior therapist - Demonstrate emerging skills in case conceptualization and client programming and planning - Demonstrate emerging skills in coaching and supervising RBTs to implement ESDM therapy - Desire to learn and grow and accept feedback Required Skills: Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Behavior therapy, Case conceptualization, Client programming, Coaching, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) therapy, Behavior Intervention Plans, Practical Functional Assessment (PFA), Skill Based Treatment (SBT), Assessment report writing, Vineland assessment, QABF assessment, FAST assessment, ESDM Curriculum Checklist, Building rapport, Trust with families, Desire to learn, planning, Accept feedback Benefits: Quality medical, dental, and vision plans, Hiring incentives, A company 401K with company contribution, Generous paid time off, including holidays and personal days, Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within a growing organization, Paid unrestricted hours
