We are seeking an experienced IT Director, Enterprise Integration and Architecture, to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise AI and integration solutions across a global landscape.
What will you be doing?
Lead the development and execution of enterprise AI and integration strategy, including AI Sandbox and advanced analytics solutions
Drive end-to-end architecture and design across enterprise platforms (AWS, Azure, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP S/4HANA, Snowflake)
Provide architectural leadership for AI models, data pipelines, and system integrations
Oversee data migration strategies ensuring quality, integrity, and compliance
Lead Agile delivery of AI initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution with high-quality outcomes
Manage vendor partnerships and ensure reliable, scalable service delivery across platforms
Monitor operational performance, SLAs, and KPIs, driving continuous improvement
Engage and influence senior stakeholders across R&D, Clinical, and IT functions
Lead and mentor a team of architects and AI specialists, fostering innovation and accountability
What will you need to be successful?
10+ years experience in software development, AI architecture, and enterprise solution delivery
Strong expertise in AI/ML, GenAI, MLOps/LLMOps, and enterprise integration
Proven experience delivering solutions in regulated industries (MedTech preferred)
Deep understanding of data privacy, security, and Responsible AI practices
Experience managing global teams, vendors, and enterprise-scale platforms
Strong technical background in Azure, AWS, Python, Java, and full-stack development
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills
Key Success Measures
Delivery and scale of AI and integration solutions
Achievement of IT SLAs, KPIs, and operational targets
On-time, on-budget delivery performance
Stakeholder satisfaction and engagement
Optimization and simplification of application landscape
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
Preferred: Certifications in AI, Python, AWS, Azure, Agile, or Project Management
