Wireless Mixed-Signal Integrated Circuit Design Intern (May - Aug '26)

Summary: Skyworks Solutions, Inc. is an innovator of high-performance analog semiconductors, and they are seeking a Wireless Mixed-Signal Integrated Circuit Design Intern. This internship will provide the intern with real-world experience in the design of System-On-Chip (SoCs) for wired and wireless audio applications, working closely with a dedicated team of engineers. Responsibilities: - You will work with a dedicated team of engineers, contributing to the design and/or verification of a mixed-signal SoC - As an intern, you will be exposed to the tools and workflow of our team - Tasks can include close communication with designers and team, creation of blocks based on specifications, development of specifications, simulation verification of a design, and physical verification of a design - The intern will be expected to present their results, in both meetings and a final design document Required Qualifications: - You should be enrolled as a Senior undergraduate or in a graduate degree program (Master or PhD) with a focus on the design of integrated circuits Preferred Qualifications: - Running circuit simulations - RF system analysis and simulation - Cadence IC Design environment - Python or Matlab programming - Tapeout experience - Chip Testing Experience Required Skills: Integrated Circuit Design, Circuit Simulations, RF System Analysis Important Skills: Cadence IC Design, Python Programming, Matlab Programming Nice-to-Have Skills: Tapeout Experience, Chip Testing Experience Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Spring
