Job Description
Summary: Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Bilingual Case Assistant to support the team. This role plays a critical part in client support and case operations, requiring sound judgment, discretion, and empathy when working with clients who may be under significant stress.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and case support to attorneys and case managers
- Assist with maintaining accurate, organized, and up-to-date case files
- Support effective communication with clients while demonstrating empathy and professionalism
- Help ensure deadlines and time-sensitive case needs are met
- Communicate effectively with clients and gather necessary case information with empathy and professionalism
- Manage electronic information, including document management and document review
- Maintain organization across multiple time-critical projects and deadlines
- Utilize case management software (preferably FileVine) and Microsoft/Adobe tools to support daily operations
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required
- Experience with case management software, preferably FileVine
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Ability to work remotely
