We are looking for an experienced Change Management Lead to lead Regional Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities for ERP implementation program, ensuring successful change adoption and organization readiness across assigned countries. You will drives execution of the global OCM strategy, tailoring approaches to local market needs while ensuring alignment with global best practices, governance, and playbook. You will act as a key partner to regional leadership, ensuring alignment between global transformation objectives and local execution.
This role is a 2-YearFixed-TermContract.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Drive the regional change strategy and activities across multiple waves and geographies aligned with global transformation objectives and business priorities.
Translate global change management frameworks into regionally relevant, scalable approaches.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on adoption risks and organizational readiness.
Drive stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, and local kickoff activities.
Partner with local communications teams to execute effective engagement plans.
Ensure messaging is tailored, consistent, and aligned with both global narrative and local context.
Oversee localization and delivery of training programs with business process experts and key users, including train-the-trainer model.
Ensure learning effectiveness through measurement of capability uplift and behavioral change.
Establish and support local change agent networks and communities to drive adoption.
Identify and mitigate change risks, manage escalations, and ensure issue resolution.
Monitor OCM progress, KPIs, and adoption metrics; provide structured reporting.
Leverage AI to assess change impact, personalize interventions and continuously refine change strategies.
Ensure governance, compliance, and continuous improvement of OCM processes.
Critical Experiences:
Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, or a related field with a focus on digital or organisation transformation and project management.
8+ year of experience in leading large-scale transformation or change programs in a global environment.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder landscapes.
Experience with structured change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a strong advantage.
Experience leveraging digital tools, analytics, or AI in transformation initiatives.
