Job Description
• Participate in various projects, in different stages of the project such as documentation preparation/ logistics, etc;
• Coordinate and communicate with different parties & vendors to ensure smooth execution of the project.
• Coordinate with various departments to resolve customer enquiries from social media that have been escalated by service center.
• Monitor customer enquiries from social media, identify trends, and provide best practice to front line service center colleagues to continuously improve quality of customer service via social media channels.
The Successful Applicant
Diploma or above in marketing or related disciplines;
Knowledge in digital marketing/event management is a plus;
Fluent in Cantonese;
Can-do attitude, able to work under strict deadlines;
Self-motivated, able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility;
Detail-minded and interested in exploring digital platforms;
Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and solution-formation skill;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
