Job Description
Summary: Sigma Growth Specialists is a consultancy focused on process optimization and business automation. They are seeking a Sales & Marketing intern to assist with strategy, outreach, and campaign execution, providing a unique opportunity to develop skills in stakeholder management and sales and marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Outreach & Pipeline Management: Prospect and cold call to develop a pipeline for sales qualified leads as well as build target lead lists for marketing campaigns
- Campaign & Pipeline Execution: Build and manage campaign pipelines and cultivate a robust pool of high-value prospects
- System Analysis: Analyze current marketing and growth systems to identify bottlenecks and engineer more efficient, scalable workflows
- Phase 1 — Target Identification: Conduct research to identify targets that fit the strategy
- Phase 2 — ICP Strategy: Define and formalize Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) strategic communication and asset development
- Phase 3 — Campaigning and Execution: Implement multi-channel outreach by developing and deploying targeted campaigns, ensuring messaging alignment with brand positioning and lead generation goals
Required Qualifications:
- Comfort with cold calling is a core requirement
- You must be a confident communicator who can navigate gatekeepers and speak effectively with founders
- Proactive, humble, eager to learn, analytical, good communicator, and comfortable managing the full lifecycle of a client relationship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred background in Business, Marketing, or Communications
- Prior phone experience in sales, customer facing roles, or growth-focused marketing roles is preferred
