Job Description:
Plans, controls and executes a project or programme or set of related ones to meet identified business needs and deliver business value. For programmes, coordinates a group of related projects to obtain benefits not available from managing them individually.
What’s the role?
A PMO acts as a right hand for project and programme managers. The activities of the PMO are centralized around resource and work planning & control, budget management, change management, reporting, and product quality control.
What you’ll be doing
- Serves as PMO for assigned projects, utilizing the standard Project Delivery Framework (PDF) methodology to effectively plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Proactively identifies, logs, and manages risks and issues, while maintaining change logs. Reviews project documentation and data for accuracy and completeness, and coordinates with team members as needed. Prepares project reports and ensures status updates are relevant, timely, accurate, and clearly communicated.
- Reports directly to the Project Manager.
What we need from you
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- With at least 12 years of experience in Project Management, Governance, and Assurance.
- Demonstrates full lifecycle project management expertise.
- Experienced in applying the Project Delivery Framework (PDF).
- Skilled in preparing and managing project status reports.
- Possesses hands-on experience in automation and advanced Excel formulas.
