The Coordinator Technical Support (L1) in Production IT (PIT) is responsible for providing first-level support for incidents and service requests related to production-critical IT systems and Line-of-Business (LOB) applications. The role ensures the timely initial handling, classification, and resolution of standard issues in a production environment, contributing directly to system stability and business continuity. Acting as the first point of contact, the position plays a key role in restoring services quickly and efficiently. The role serves as a communication hub between end users, production areas, application teams, and higher-level support functions (L2/L3), ensuring structured escalation and clear incident coordination.
