Job Description
Summary: Gallagher Benefit Services is a trusted partner in helping organizations navigate important people decisions. As a Client Experience Manager, you will ensure smooth client implementations, renewals, and ongoing satisfaction while mentoring your team and fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project timelines, ensuring client expectations are met
- Identify and resolve roadblocks to keep projects on track
- Oversee system setup, EDI/SSO projects, and payroll integration
- Collaborate with your team to ensure seamless system configuration and testing
- Mentor and coach team members to support their professional growth
- Facilitate client renewals and guide new implementations
- Address client concerns quickly and professionally, escalating issues when needed
- Contribute to improving team processes and procedures
- You’re a natural problem-solver with strong project management skills
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy mentoring others
- You have experience with benefits systems, EDI/SSO, and payroll integration
- You’re detail-oriented and can juggle multiple priorities with ease

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or one year experience with HR Technology solutions preferred
- Experience with HR Technology, preferably benefits administration OR experience at a benefits brokerage firm
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Highly organized with diligent documentation habits
- Self-motivated and adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong listening skills with the ability to clarify and respond thoughtfully to questions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
