Supplier Quality Engineering Intern

Responsibilities: - Collaborating with your team on nonconforming product - Participating in brainstorming sessions and presenting your ideas - Supporting Supplier Quality with Jira creation, PPAP creation, MRB Costs, and Supplier Scorecard data collection - Attending intern-exclusive workshops, networking events, and leadership panels - Receiving mentorship from experienced professionals and your assigned manager Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in a four-year university program and a Junior or above - Studying Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Computer Science) or other technical related experience working in a quality, manufacturing, software programming environment - All candidates must be highly driven individuals capable of working independently and must have a passion to drive world class quality within the supply base - Knowledge of manufacturing processes, ISO-9000, quality control plans, and problem-solving methodologies - Working knowledge on the MS tools such Power Point, Excel, Tableau, or any other industry software Required Skills: Manufacturing processes, ISO-9000, Quality control plans, Problem-solving methodologies, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Jira, PPAP, Supplier Scorecard data collection, Passion for quality, Independent work Benefits: Mentorship: One-on-one guidance from a dedicated manager and team members, Learning: Access to Schneider Electric University and on-the-job training, Networking: Build relationships with interns and professionals across the company, Career Pathways: Potential for full-time conversion after graduation
