Product Manager - Agent Twin
As the Product Manager for Agent Twin at Scaled Cognition, you will shape a core part of the company’s future. Agent Twin lets business owners define and ship production-ready, deterministic agents, straight from transcripts to deployment. This role demands an exceptional blend of technical depth, customer obsession, and visionary leadership.
What you'll do:
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Agent Twin
- Be obsessively focused on customer discovery, interviewing users, and translating complex customer experience (CX) challenges into clear product requirements.
- Design ideal customer journeys and novel interaction patterns for agent development, driven by a deep understanding of user experience.
- Leverage your technical skills (Python/AI coding tools) to build quick prototypes and proof-of-concepts, communicating complex ideas clearly to engineering.
- Partner with engineering and research to ensure the transition from transcript data to production-grade agents is seamless, reliable, and scalable.

Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably owning a technical, platform, or enterprise SaaS product.
- Strong technical background with hands-on coding proficiency and the ability to use AI coding tools for rapid prototyping and effective communication with engineers.
- Demonstrated experience in defining and launching products based on ideal customer journeys and deep UX insight.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex technical concepts for business and technical audiences.
- Bonus: Prior experience working with function calling LLMs, structured instructions, or complex agentic frameworks.
- Bonus: Experience in the customer service (CX), contact center, or BPO space.
