Customer Service Representative Lead

Summary: SBM Management Services, LP is a company focused on providing facility management services, and they are seeking a Customer Service Representative Lead. The CSR Lead will oversee the cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas and provide work direction to custodial staff, ensuring that all janitorial duties are performed satisfactorily. Responsibilities: - Perform janitorial duties - Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule - Provide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor - Assist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff as needed - Operate motorized cleaning equipment - Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs - Schedule clean up and repairs as needed - Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area - Track and maintain supplies inventory - Assist Custodial Supervisor in purchasing cleaning supplies and equipment - Perform quality, service, and safety inspections - Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor - Report employee personnel and customer issues to supervisor - Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, and supplies - Correct at risk behavior, then report to the supervisor immediately - Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement Required Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED required - 1 to 2 years related experience - CPR/AED/First Aid certification - Completed all safety and task training certification - Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team - Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment - Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use Preferred Qualifications: - May be required to have a valid driver's license - May be required to be forklift certified Required Skills: CPR/AED/First Aid certification, Forklift certification, Cleaning methods, Cleaning equipment operation, Cleaning compounds, chemicals knowledge, Safety training certification, Task training certification, Instruction interpretation Benefits: Comprehensive benefit packages
