SAP iXp Intern - Service Delivery Excellence

They are seeking an intern for the SAP Internship Experience Program to support service delivery excellence within the Cross Solution Delivery organization, contributing to internal processes and gaining exposure to SAP's delivery ecosystem. Responsibilities: - Enhance internal documentation (e.g., VPR SharePoint) - Maintain and update CRM service orders - Monitor and triage the VPR inbox; assign tasks to team members - Track and support critical scheduling and staffing conversations - Evaluate incoming change requests and implement required updates - Coordinate staffing procedures across global delivery teams - Schedule meetings and capture minutes/actions - Use dashboards, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP CRM to generate weekly backlog reporting - Analyze CRM data (e.g., identify isolated or misaligned service orders) - Contact Technical Quality Managers (TQMs) for status updates (e.g., GoLive confirmations) - Review and validate service order configuration for accuracy - Participate in team meetings and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and simplification - Test new applications using defined test cases Required Qualifications: - Strong attention to data quality and detail - Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills - Clear and effective written and verbal communication - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks - A creative, analytical, and solution oriented mindset - Ability to assess data for accuracy, transparency, and clear reporting - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook - A high level of personal responsibility and follow through - Expected completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in 2026 or 2027 Required Skills: SAP CRM, SAP Analytics Cloud, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, Data quality management, Service order configuration validation, Test case execution Benefits: Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed., The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers., Culture of Collaboration: Partner with experienced SAP colleagues and expert mentors who will support your growth.
