2nd Shift Error Resolution

Summary: Sanmaremployeeopenings is seeking a dedicated Error Resolution specialist for their 2nd shift operations. This role involves researching and resolving discrepancies with shipments, inventory, and customer orders to ensure timely deliveries. Responsibilities: - Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies with shipments, inventory and orders and adjust inventory quantities - Maintain accurate department records - Understand and accurately processes ship short orders - Properly identify, correct, and record mill errors - Review selected customer orders prior to shipping - May be required to operate powered lift equipment Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent - Ability to read, write and have sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information - Ability to work with and keep a positive, supportive attitude towards the Company, job, customers and co-workers - Demonstrates ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require - Excellent problem-solving skills - Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work in high demand, high volume environment and meet deadlines - Must have exemplary performance in regard to attendance, accuracy and productivity - Excellent organization skills; demonstrating the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily responsibilities - Comprehends verbal and written instructions - Able to work both independently and within a team - Essential days or overtime may be required Preferred Qualifications: - 1-3 years of warehouse experience is preferred - May be required to complete and maintain SanMar's Lift Operator Certification in compliance with OSHA recommendation Required Skills: Warehouse operations, Inventory management, Shipment discrepancy resolution, Order processing, Lift operator certification, OSHA compliance, Reading, interpreting labels, SKU information, follow directions, work in a team Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401k plan and matches $1 for $1 up to 4% of earnings, matched & vested at every pay cycle, Life insurance, Short/long-term disability coverage, Paid maternity/paternity leave, Pet insurance
