SIMM Management Accounting Specialist
Location: Jakarta Barat

Main Responsibilities
1. Prepare and improve the quality of management and performance reports to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
2. Prepare comprehensive financial, operational, and performance analysis to support business evaluation and management decision-making.
3. Coordinate with internal teams and related entities in preparing budgeting and forecasting activities.
4. Ensure data accuracy, validation, and timely reporting processes.
5. Support system enhancement and process improvement initiatives to improve reporting efficiency and data reliability.
6. Support team activities to ensure effective and efficient work processes.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Qualifications
1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields.
2. Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in Financial Planning, Management Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting, or related fields.
3. Ability to analyze financial and operational data to support business evaluation and decision-making.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data/reporting tools.
5. Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
7. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work accurately under deadlines.
8. Able to collaborate effectively with different departments and business units.
9. Good English communication and writing skills.
