YOU WILL BE:
A skilled Workday Finance professional responsible for supporting and enhancing Workday Financials applications across accounting, procurement, supplier management, expenses, and capital projects. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver efficient system solutions, troubleshoot issues, and improve financial operations.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Maintain and enhance Workday Financials configuration across Financial Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, Banking & Settlement, Supplier Accounts, and Capital Projects
Partner with business stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve production support and functional issues
Collaborate with the Workday Integrations team to identify, analyze, and resolve integration-related errors
Build, configure, and maintain Business Processes, Core Objects, and security roles within Workday
Develop and maintain custom and composite reports to support financial reporting requirements
Support system improvements, testing activities, and process optimization initiatives while ensuring strong stakeholder communication
YOU ALSO HAVE:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
4+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials configuration and support
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial operations, and reporting processes
Experience configuring Business Processes, Core Objects, and Workday security frameworks
Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and project management tools such as Jira
Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a remote work environment
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Expertise in Workday Financials modules and functional configuration best practices
Ability to troubleshoot complex production and integration issues with a solution-oriented approach
Experience creating custom reports, calculated fields, and financial reporting solutions
Strong collaboration skills while working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
Attention to detail, ownership mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
