DevOps Engineer Intern

Summary: SailPoint is the leader in identity security for the cloud enterprise, providing unmatched visibility into digital workforce access. As a DevOps Engineer Intern, you will collaborate with various teams to implement and operate global customer-facing SaaS infrastructure while gaining exposure to industry best practices and modern technologies. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with development and operations teams to build and maintain our CI/CD pipelines for the IdentityNow SaaS access governance solution - Automate the deployment, scaling, and management of our cloud infrastructure - Work with software and quality assurance engineers, technical writers, and product managers to help deliver elegant infrastructure solutions - Learn about Agile, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Go, Python, and other modern DevOps technologies! Required Qualifications: - A good knowledge of cloud infrastructure environments, preferably AWS - Experience with containerization technology, preferably Docker - Basic knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and configuration management technologies such as Terraform and Ansible - Experience using scripting languages (Ruby, Python, etc) - Strong interpersonal and teaming skills - ability to set and enforce process and influence engineers who are not direct reports - Ability to operate in an agile, entrepreneurial start-up environment - College students from rising Sophomores to Seniors, along with Masters level students Required Skills: Cloud infrastructure environments, AWS, Containerization technology, Docker, Infrastructure as Code, Terraform, Configuration management, Ansible, Scripting languages, Python, Ruby, Teaming skills Benefits: 401(k) Savings and Investment Plan with company matching for 21 and over, Eligible for pay on SailPoint observed holidays during your tenure, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Care Counselors
