Outside Sales Representative

Summary: Saela Pest Control is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for a hands-on, field-based role that combines sales with physical work. The role involves generating new business opportunities, driving revenue through customer-focused sales strategies, and building long-term relationships with clients. Responsibilities: - Perform detailed pest control inspections for residential customers - Actively participate in hands-on tasks, including working in attics, crawl spaces, and tight areas - Recommend customized pest control solutions based on inspection findings - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Drive new business by identifying potential customers and presenting pest control solutions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups - Effectively manage your time, prioritize tasks, and work independently in the field - Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering advice when needed Required Qualifications: - Comfortable with physical, hands-on work in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, ladders, etc.) - Willingness to split time between sales and manual/field work - Strong communication and customer interaction skills - Self-motivated and adaptable in a field-based setting - Sales experience preferred in labor or pest control service - Exceptional verbal communication skills - Excellent time management skills - Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities - The ability to work independently, effectively manage time, and prioritize tasks is important to your success - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in construction, HVAC, field service, or similar is a plus - If you have prior experience performing inspections, and/or selling/servicing in HVAC, solar, internet, cable, running an independent route, face-to-face customer service, or other types of in-home technician experience, we strongly encourage you to apply Required Skills: Sales, Pest Control Inspection, Physical Field Work, Construction Experience, HVAC Experience, Field Service Experience Benefits: Guaranteed base pay for the first four months of employment., Opportunities for increased sales commissions each year., Opportunity for an annual bonus., Paid time off and paid holidays., Health, dental, vision, life insurance, and other voluntary benefits are available., 401(K) with company match and a generous employee stock purchase program., Company vehicle and fuel card., Cell reimbursement., Top reps can earn a yearly sales trip!
