Summary: S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is seeking a Concierge for their Largo Landing community located in Upper Marlboro, MD. The role involves providing general office support and ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and visitors. Responsibilities: - Greet residents, prospects, and visitors making them feel welcome and comfortable - Answer telephone calls and direct to appropriate individual or take messages as needed - Provide information to residents and prospects, directing them to restaurants, transportation, and current local events - Accept deliveries and track packages - Maintain refreshment area - Follow up on completed maintenance requests - Abides by Fair Housing Laws - Other duties as assigned - Receive, sort, and direct incoming and outgoing mail - Coordinate pick-up and delivery of express mail services - Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing and filing Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma/GED - Physical Activities up to and including, typing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, climbing stairs, or standing for periods of time - Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs Required Skills: Clerical Skills, Telephone Handling, Mail Handling, Fair Housing Laws Compliance, Customer Service
