Description
This position is responsible for overseeing all accounts payable functions through staff supervision, ensuring compliance with department policies and procedures, and handling escalated client issues.
Duties & Responsibilities

ERP System (Agility - DMSI)
-
Manage a team of five AP team members
-
Full cycle AP oversight (Invoice Receipt - coding - approval - payment - reconciliation)
-
3 -way match (PO, Receipt, Invoice)
-
Non-PO Invoice Controls
-
Vendor master maintenance and controls
-
Payment runs (Check, ACH, wire, etc.)
-
Early Pay discount optimization
-
Vendor Credits/Debit memo management
-
Expense classification and GL coding accuracy
-
1099 reporting compliance
-
All other duties as assigned
