Raytheon has an excellent opportunity for a Production Test Analyst to support testing, troubleshooting, and documentation activities for digital, analog, and RF hardware. This role works closely with engineers and operations personnel to execute test procedures, collect and analyze data, and support Depot-level technical tasks across multiple military programs. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on technical experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow complex test processes in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
Execute established test procedures for Digital, Analog, and RF hardware
Collect, observe, and report test data accurately and clearly
Assist with troubleshooting equipment and identifying basic faults
Use engineering drawings, manuals, and technical documentation to support testing and repair activities
Set up test equipment and support small process or workflow tasks
Support planning and execution of test activities under engineer guidance
Work with a multi-disciplined team to ensure test readiness and process compliance
Primary responsibility will be to performing tasks as a technician on the production floor supporting product selloffs.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically Requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience
Hands-on experience with electronics testing, troubleshooting, or technical lab environments
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience using standard electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
Previous exposure to troubleshooting electronic assemblies and subassemblies
Familiarity with RF test concepts such as insertion loss, VSWR, gain, or related metrics (preferred but not required)
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
