We are seeking a skilled Manager, Workforce Intelligence to serve as a strategic analytics partner for business and HR leaders, delivering workforce insights, data products, and analytics that enable data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. This role will consult with stakeholders to understand priorities, develop analytics solutions, and translate insights into actions that enhance workforce strategic planning and operational execution.
The Manager, Workforce Intelligence will support initiatives such as workforce planning, internal mobility, staffing effectiveness, retention drivers, and organizational health by providing clear insights, scalable analytics, and reliable operational insights. The role collaborates across multiple teams, ensuring alignment on business needs while influencing both near‑term delivery and sustainable long‑term improvements.
Success in this position requires a strong balance of business acumen, HR domain familiarity, project management, analytical depth, and consultative capability.
What You Will Do
Strategic Alignment
Serve as an analytics partner to business and HR leaders, translating strategic priorities into clear analytics use cases, requirements, and deliverables.
Communicate progress effectively and translate complex analytical findings into accessible implications for leaders to inform business decisions.
Partner with stakeholders to assess and prioritize analytics initiatives based on business value, impact, and alignment with broader Workforce Intelligence strategies.
Insight Development & Enablement
Collaborate with the broader Workforce Intelligence COE to ensure operational analytics and reporting reflect stakeholder priorities.
Validate business requirements through prototypes, mockups, and documentation ahead of technical development.
Lead end‑to‑end insight delivery, including defining scope, surfacing data needs, shaping minimum viable products, and supporting solutions through deployment.
Apply best practices in data visualization and data storytelling to ensure insights are actionable and intuitive.
Work with leaders to embed insights into business reviews, operating rhythms, and decision-making processes.
Gather post‑delivery feedback to measure impact, refine solutions, and inform future iterations.
When appropriate, collaborate on turning high‑value ad hoc analyses into repeatable, scalable analytics products.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, or an Advanced Degree and 5 years of experience.
Progressive experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or HR Technology; experience with people data is required.
Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, and strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and reporting technologies (e.g., Snowflake, SQL).
Ability to understand business context and apply HR data across a range of workforce‑related use cases.
Qualifications We Prefer
Master’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Analytics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
Experience balancing long‑term strategic needs with short‑term operational execution.
Consulting, analytics, finance, or HR experience across domains such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance, retention, L&D, or compensation.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders in large, matrixed organizations.
Experience partnering with BI development teams, data platform teams, or analytics product groups.
Familiarity with statistics, analytical methodologies, and enterprise data architecture.
Experience with user‑centered design principles for dashboards or analytics products.
Comfort working with technical teams to deliver scalable, enterprise‑grade solutions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
