The EW Systems finance team has an opportunity for a Manager, Program Cost Controls. EW Systems is a product area within the Radio Frequency Solutions (RFS) / Advanced Products and Solutions (APS) portfolio within Raytheon.
This role is part of the program and business management team and leads a team of approximately 3–5 financial analysts supporting the ALR-67 Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) programs. The role supports new business initiatives, contract negotiations, and execution of existing contracts. Responsibilities include earned value management, baseline planning, Estimate at Completion (EAC) development, risk and opportunity analysis, financial forecasting, Short Range Outlook (SRO), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Long Range Plan (LRP) activities. The role also supports customer and internal management meetings.
What You Will Do:
Lead a team of financial analysts supporting program execution, reporting, and ensure quality deliverables
Oversee period close activities and coordinate weekly and monthly financial reporting cadence
Support inputs, reviews, and submission of portfolio financial deliverables
Analyze financial performance including Bookings, Sales, Earnings, Cash, and cost elements
Support identification and communication of financial performance issues
Support maintenance of Balance Sheet, Overhead, and Investment activities, including Capital projects, NBI spending, CFRs, and ARs
Ensure application of Raytheon financial policies and procedures across program teams
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or an Advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Experience with externally reported Earned Value Management (EVM) programs, including IPMDAR, CFSR, DFARS requirements, and DID formats
Experience with financial systems such as SAP, APEX, AO, or similar systems
Experience using Microsoft Office applications
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience working in team environments and coordinating work across functions
Experience with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) concepts, systems, and processes
Experience managing multiple priorities and workloads
Experience analyzing and summarizing financial data for decision support
Experience communicating financial information in written and verbal formats
Experience working independently and within cross-functional teams
Active or transferable U.S. government security clearance prior to start date

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
