Job Summary
Enterprise People Services is looking for a strong HR generalist and team player to join the team as part of our specialized services operation, reporting into HR Operations Manager. This role will provide complex query and transactional support across a range of specialist HR services including Total Rewards, Learning and Development, Employee Relations and Reporting.
The role will support RTX business in Singapore and New Zealand - Pratt & Whitney, Collins and RTX Corporation.
This will be a fast-paced and highly varied role, so a suitable candidate will need to be able to comfortably switch gears to manage different tasks – whether that’s guiding a people manager through an Employee Relations process, working with COE partners to research the answer to a complex policy query, or coordinating new
learning offerings with external vendors. As a part of the wider People Services organization, you’ll be supporting people managers and employees across RTX business in Singapore and New Zealand, so you’ll need to be able to flex your style to meet the needs of this diverse customer group.
The right candidate will have a broad range of HR generalist skills as well as being customer focused, pro-active, energetic and collaborative.
Responsibilities
Provide complex HR advisory and support across all Specialized Services
Act as the first point of contact for People Managers who require HR advice and guidance, ensuring that great customer service is always delivered
Be a source of expertise on Singapore HR policy, process and procedure
Be part of the solutioning team for process optimization and standardization, creation of process documentation and knowledge transfer.
Foster, develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, CoEs, vendors, and BU HR partners to expedite effective query resolution and ensure knowledge is kept up to date
Monitor key SLA metrics and ensure service delivery meets or exceeds target
Utilize the CORE framework of tools to continuously improve processes, quality standards and process compliance
Understand and be compliant with the corporate data protection and confidentiality policies.
Qualifications
Strong HR generalist skills
Experience in Learning and Development, Total Rewards, Employee Relations or Reporting will be an advantage
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in teams within deadlines.
Wide-ranging understanding of current HR policy and process and able to provide advice and guidance on complex issues including employee relations related issues.
Good understanding of local legal & regulatory requirements required for specialized services.
Personable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business
Practical and logical; able to solve problems quickly, good leadership skills and excellent stakeholder management
Highly organized with strong administrative skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years as an HR Generalist or in HR COE
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any stream from a recognized university

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.

Requires advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project
management. Practical to substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science,Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
