We are seeking an experienced security professional to ensure the effective integration of enabling security functions into Special Access Programs (SAPs) operations across a complex portfolio within the Raytheon Business Unit. This role operates within Global Security Services (GSS) Special Programs, partnering closely with other GSS Centers of Excellence (COEs). The individual will serves as the primary point of contact for enabling security disciplines—including Physical Security, Counterintelligence, Communications Security (COMSEC), and other specialized functions—to ensure these capabilities are consistently aligned with and embedded into SAP activities.
In this position, you will also serve as a trusted advisor to regional security leaders, providing cross-program integration support, risk insights, and strategic alignment recommendations across GSS. The role includes direct engagement with senior U.S. Government stakeholders to ensure that security requirements are understood, satisfied, and proactively integrated throughout SAP programs. Eligibility for additional clearances may also be required from the customer. This position requires extensive knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP); the Special Access Programs (SAP) environment and the Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) environment.
What You Will Do
Act as the primary program security integrator and liaison across multiple programs, ensuring enabling security functions are effectively embedded into program operations
Coordinate integration of Physical Security, Counterintelligence, and COMSEC requirements into program execution in partnership with functional owners
Serve as a trusted advisor to regional security leadership, providing cross-program insight, risk perspective, and alignment recommendations
Ensure security requirements are consistently applied across program planning, execution, and lifecycle activities
Advise program leadership on security posture, risk exposure, compliance requirements, and emerging threats
Support and lead engagements with senior U.S. Government stakeholders, including briefings and program security discussions
Guide supply chain and procurement teams on the use of approved and secure products and vendors
Identify, assess, and communicate program security risks and coordinate mitigation actions with appropriate stakeholders
Drive consistency and standardization of security practices across programs while enabling mission-specific flexibility
Facilitate resolution of cross-functional security gaps and execution misalignments
Support audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure program readiness and compliance
Translate evolving security policies and threat intelligence into actionable program guidance
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
Experience with Microsoft Products
Experience with NISPOM, JSIG/RMF, ICD-705, and customer security requirements.
Experience working with with internal and external customers

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
