Leadership Effectiveness Program Supervisor

The Leadership Effectiveness Program Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and executing progograms while providing day-to-day oversight, guidance, and support to team members. This role partners with Managers and leadership to ensure program deliverables are completed effectively, timelines are met, and programs run smoothly meeting their key objectives. The Supervisor applies practical program management knowledge, supports process improvements, and serves as a key liaison across stakeholders.
Essential Duties
Coordinate and Execute Program Activities (Approx. 50%)
Support the planning and execution of program delivery by defining tasks, timelines, and resource needs in alignment with leadership direction
Monitor progress, identify risks/issues, and escalate as appropriate to Manager
Ensure deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and within defined scope
Maintain documentation, trackers, and status updates
Apply established program management processes and tools to support execution
Team Oversight and Development (Approx. 20%)
Provide day-to-day guidance, direction, and oversight to team members on program execution
Delegate work effectively and monitor quality and timeliness of outputs
Deliver real-time feedback, coaching, and support skill development
May serve as a Performance Advisor for paraprofessional/support staff
Assist Manager in reinforcing expectations, goals, and team priorities
Stakeholder Coordination and Communication (Approx. 15%)
Serve as a primary point of contact for routine updates and stakeholder communication
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on deliverables
Lead status meetings and provide clear, concise reporting to stakeholders
Represent the team/function in meetings when appropriate
Process Improvement and Operational Support (Approx. 10%)
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and team efficiency
Support implementation of new tools, processes, or operational initiatives
Contribute to knowledge sharing and standardization efforts
Other Duties (Approx. 5%)
Assist with coordination of internal initiatives (e.g., events, meetings, activities)
Perform other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience
4–7 years of relevant experience in program coordination, or related field
Experience supporting multiple programs or workstreams simultaneously
Experience providing work direction or informal leadership to others
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and tracking tools
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Ability to track and manage multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to guide and oversee team members’ day-to-day work
Demonstrates proactive problem-solving and sound judgment
Strong collaboration and cross-functional coordination skills
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels
Supports change and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $81,900 - $139,700
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
