Job Description
Summary: RRD is a leading global provider of marketing, packaging, print, and supply chain solutions. They are seeking an Operations Clerk to perform routine clerical duties on the manufacturing floor, providing support by recording, entering, and verifying data, as well as maintaining records and assisting with production planning.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine but varied clerical duties on the manufacturing floor in accordance with standard procedures
- Provide clerical support by recording, entering and verifying data from a variety of sources and documents
- Maintain records; compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and performing routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing
- Apply knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilizes a general understanding of other departments' functions
- May be responsible for data entry, reporting, checking or verifying of information, generation of reports and responding to data requests
- Responsible for maintaining department files
- May assist with production planning and special projects
Required Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace suite, Google Sheets & Google Docs
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
- Advance knowledge of general administrative and manufacturing operations procedures and knowledge of job specific processes key to successfully executing and completing the more progressive/complex duties of the job
- Able to consistently apply applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and program objectives when carrying out the duties of the job
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively across departments when completing assignments
- Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload and make adjustments to meet business needs
- Must be able to communicate and interact with variety of internal/external customers and/or co-workers at level of detail required to resolve issues
