Digital Marketing Coordinator - Loyalty
What is the opportunity?
The Digital Marketing Coordinator- Loyalty position will work closely with the Digital Marketing Managers, Avion Marketing partners and RBC Avion business leads to manage digital development, maintenance, and content implementation for various RBC Avion offers, marketing banners, landing pages and emails.
What will you do?
Support the Digital Marketing Managers by executing various integrated marketing tactics in alignment with stakeholder and business objectives – special focus on BAU banner/offer and email execution
Assist in project management of digital development and maintenance projects, including stakeholder/legal approval, translation and working with internal copywriters and designers to request and manage project content
Responsible for the ongoing management and requests of HTML link URL requests, deeplink requests, vanity URL’s and URL redirects
RBC Connect site updates
Generate website traffic reports for key stakeholders
Conduct key regular stakeholder meetings
Ensure that project deliverables are of a high quality and any development adheres to the standards of RBC
Manage maintenance process to ensure all requests are responded to in a timely manner (JIRA)
Ensure applicable pages are accurate, function properly and comply with all RBC regulatory standards, design requirements and SEO guidelines
Job Requirements: (Knowledge/ Experience)
Required:
Post-secondary degree/diploma
Experience in online marketing or related marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with minimum supervision and as a part of the larger team
Preferred:
Experience with web content management systems
Web analytics experience including Google Analytics
Experience with responsive design and development (HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML/JSON, databases, APIs)
Experience with digital marketing best practices and SEO practices
Experience with project management tools ( Asana, JIRA, etc)
Experience within the financial industry would be an asset
